minimum industry standard for the structural design of the building and foundation.
Building codes cover everywhere in the country. Small communities and counties cannot
afford to enforce the code leaving it to the buyer to fend for themselves.

ALL pre-engineered buildings are bolt together packages. Not all bolt together packages
are engineered. Weld up structures do not meet the building code.
